Each player has 3 lives. The last player remaining without losing all lives wins the tournament.

Players take turns in a fixed order decided at the start. This order does not change throughout the game.

A player continues their turn as long as they pot a ball. If they fail to pot, they lose one life and the turn passes to the next player. A foul also results in losing one life and the turn passing.

If the white ball is potted, no penalty is applied. The white ball is placed at the centre of the table and the turn passes to the next player.

A player who loses all 3 lives is eliminated and removed from the turn order. Remaining players continue in the same fixed order.

The winner receives 50% of the total pot at the end of the tournament. The pot is calculated from all entry fees collected before play begins.
